Digital Foundry, Inc.

Consultant, Digital Strategy & Product Delivery

Digital - Tiburon, CA - Full Time

About Digital Foundry:

Digital Foundry is a trusted product and technology partner to Fortune 500 and public sector clients tackling high-stakes digital initiatives. Based just across the Bay from San Francisco in Tiburon, CA, we help organizations envision, design, and deliver custom software: from mobile apps and enterprise-grade AI platforms to complex digital ecosystems.

For 30+ years, we’ve blended strategic clarity, thoughtful design, and deep engineering to bring our clients’ boldest ideas to life. Today, we are at the forefront of the AI shift, helping our partners move beyond the hype to build functional, ethical, and scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems.

That’s where you come in.

About the Role:

We are looking for a digital strategist to lead complex software initiatives from discovery through delivery. This role blends product thinking, agile project management, and client consulting. You will help define what should be built, align stakeholders around clear priorities, and guide cross-functional teams through structured execution. Your job is to create clarity, maintain momentum, and ensure outcomes.

In an increasingly AI-driven landscape, we’re looking for “builders” who take a hands-on approach alongside their teams. In addition to leading your team, ensuring stakeholder alignment, producing clear roadmaps, and ensuring delivery, you will play a pivotal role in using emerging technology to rapidly build product concepts, and help clients identify where AI and ML can provide the most value within their product strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead client engagements from early discovery through delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops to uncover business goals, operational constraints, and success metrics, effectively infusing AI capabilities into the facilitation to rapidly capture and turn around insights that drive alignment and action
  • Translate ambiguity into rapid-prototype visualizations and structured requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering to articulate feasibility considerations from data readiness to model validation to architecture approach options
  • Define product scope and phased delivery strategies
  • Own Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner closely with designers and engineers to align on feasibility, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare executive-level updates and communicate status clearly and directly
  • Support estimation and capacity planning
  • Contribute to innovation; stay at the pulse of emerging tech and AI trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing across the firm

You Might Be a Fit If You Are:

  • A Strategic Thinker – You can synthesize business objectives and translate them into actionable product plans and future-proof solutions.
  • A Skilled Facilitator – You can engage with clients, run design thinking workshops, and align stakeholders around a technical vision.
  • Operationally Strong – You understand Agile delivery and know how to keep teams focused and moving. You know how to adapt these frameworks for the iterative nature of modern AI “building”
  • Comfortable with Complexity – You can navigate enterprise environments, competing priorities, and shifting requirements, collaborating closely and positively with engineers
  • A Tech-Forward Communicator – You can explain complex technical concepts—including AI and data workflows—clearly, persuasively, and visually.
  • Structured and Organized – You create documentation that drives clarity, not noise.

Why Join Digital Foundry?

  • Strong Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match
  • Work-Life Balance – Up to three weeks of PTO in your first year
  • Innovative, Collaborative Culture – Join a team that values ownership, clarity, and high standards
  • Professional Development – Opportunities to work on complex enterprise projects and emerging AI-enabled systems
  • Meaningful Client Work – Build custom digital products used by large organizations across industries
