Digital Foundry, Inc., a renowned bay area software consulting firm is looking to hire a Senior New Business Lead to join its Tiburon, CA office. This role is for a self motivated salesperson with a passion for digital, a command of the entire consultative sales process, and a proven track record of selling professional services to global 1000 public, private, and government entities.

Compensation
Digital Foundry anticipates paying a successful New Business Lead an annual salary of between $80,000 - $95,000 + a monthly discretionary bonus based on the number of opportunities identified and pursued with target prospects, the level of participation in the consultative sales process, revenue collected from the sale of Digital Foundry services, and peer reviews from Digital Foundry SMEs and management.

Location
The Senior New Business Lead will work out of Digital Foundry’s office in Tiburon five days a week so they can collaborate closely with Digital Foundry SMEs and management on campaign development, presentation creation, win strategies, and proposal writing. They’ll also travel to meet with qualified targeted prospects when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
A successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Decision-Maker & Vision Identification: Identify and research senior decision-makers (CXO, EVP, SVP) within assigned target prospects to uncover their digital vision and strategic priorities.
- Value Mapping: Match Digital Foundry’s capabilities and experience to each prospect’s digital vision and strategic priorities.
- Develop Angle/Hook: Craft compelling angles or hooks for each prospect based on needs, industry trends, or strategic focus.
- Campaign Creation: Build outreach campaigns for prospects in target sectors, industries, and roles focused on their digital needs, strategic goals, industry trends, events, relevant news, etc.
- Campaign Execution: Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, video calls, network, and face-to-face meetings.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects’ actual needs to confirm alignment with Digital Foundry’s services.
- Meeting Booking: Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Meeting Prep and Execution: Prepare for and lead introductory and follow up sales meetings with qualified prospects, Digital Foundry SMEs, and Digital Foundry management.
- Relationship Development: Maintain and build relationships with qualified prospects. Work with qualified prospects, Digital Foundry SMEs, and Digital Foundry management to prepare and present winning proposals. Ensure a smooth transition to the Digital Foundry project leads.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Passion for digital.
- Demonstrable command of the entire consultative sales process.
- Proven track record of selling professional services to global 1000 public, private, and government entities.
- Excellent ability to independently generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, make presentations, overcome objections, and capture project requirements.
- Extensive experience engaging with high-level buyers at global 1000 public, private, and government entities.
- Outstanding team member able to work iteratively with Digital Foundry SMEs, Digital Foundry management, and qualified prospects to tailor winning proposals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and in writing.
- Experience managing sales tasks and tracking prospects in CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or CS degree is a plus.
- Minimum of five years in professional service sales selling to global 1000 public, private, or government entities.
